After you place an order, we will start production and assembly. Production: Generally, assembly will be completed within 5 business days, up to 15-20 business days, followed by transit time (depending on international logistics efficiency).

- Order Validity: When ordering, you need to provide correct delivery information. If losses occur due to incorrect information, you will need to bear them yourself.
- Custom Services: If you have special requirements (such as engraving), you need to confirm the need and seek a quote with customer service additionally. If you purchase directly without communication, the order will be invalid.
- Order Duration: The estimated duration is based on capacity, queue, and demand, and may change.
- Order Delay: If there is a delay due to customer requests for changes or force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, governmental actions, etc.), the duration will be accordingly extended.
- Product Display: If you do not wish for your finished product to be publicly displayed, please state this when you confirm your requirements; otherwise, it is assumed you agree to public display.
- Refund Policy: For non-customized products, if there are quality issues, you can contact customer service for an exchange within 2 days of receiving the item. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damage Inspection: Please check the goods are intact within 48 hours after receiving the package. If damaged, provide evidence and notify customer service immediately. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Third Party Rights: This service only provides processing and production. Customers must ensure not to infract third-party rights and bear the consequences of improper use.
